    Please note:
    General services are available during Public Safety Power Shutoffs (PSPS) and disasters.
    These services are still available if a power outage occurs in this facility.
    Also offers emergency services on a drop-in basis to include food, water, clothing, resource information, mental health services and referrals, support services, and linkages to emergency housing within the limits of our resources but only during disasters.

  • Eligibility: Residents of San Francisco and currently only able to assist applicants with the highest risk of homelessness or housing loss. Unfortunately, SF ERAP is not able to serve every applicant who meets the program's minimum eligibility requirements. Risk of homelessness and housing loss is determined based on many factors, such as household composition, type of housing, past experience of homelessness, and eviction status.
